Shipping
Shipping Policy
Once an order has been placed using the online shop a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address confirming your order. Your order will be processed within 1 working day and if the item is in stock it will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If the item is not in stock you will be notified via email the new delivery date. If you have ordered a custom made product please allow 1-2 weeks for the order to be ready for dispatch. When your order has been shipped you will receive an email notifying you of this.
Delivery within Australia
All products are shipped for free within Australia using Australia Post regular service.

International Delivery
We offer international shipping on all products via Australia Post. Delivery times for international orders are 3-10 working days via standard Air and/or Registered mail. For more information on international delivery times please see the Australia Post website here
Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address you nominate is correct. Tarmac Engineering hold no responsibility for lost products that are shipped to an incorrect address.
